Across Southwest Florida, women are building organizations that turn leadership into action through education, service and community impact. At the center of this work are Adela Beqo, Founder of Professionals Connect Council (PCC), and Alejandra Lopez, Founder of Southwest Florida Women in Construction (SWFL WIC) – two leaders independently creating spaces that strengthen both industries and communities.

Professionals Connect Council (PCC), a Southwest Florida–based professional development and community impact organization, recently donated $1,000 to Valerie’s House, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families grieving the loss of a loved one.

The Cape Coral Museum of History was recently presented with a $1,000 donation thanks to the generosity of the Professionals Connect Council (PCC), a Southwest Florida-based community and professional development platform that champions connection with purpose.
